4. AI Image Generation Feature

By using our AI image synthesis feature, you agree to the following:

  • Your uploaded photos and text will be sent to Google Gemini API for processing
  • Generated images may be published to the album after administrator review
  • Copyright in generated images belongs to both the user and the site operator

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Uploading content that infringes the copyright, portrait rights, or privacy of third parties
  • Generating or submitting obscene, violent, or discriminatory content
  • Generating content harmful to minors
  • Submitting false or misleading information
  • Unauthorized access, scraping, or automated mass access to the Site
  • Any activity that interferes with Site operations
  • Any activity that violates laws or public order and morals

6. Content Ownership

Photos and text uploaded by users remain the property of the user. However, users grant the Site permission to use such content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

For AI-generated images, both the user and the site operator hold usage rights. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use generated images commercially.

7. Stamp (Generation Credit) Purchases

The following conditions apply when purchasing paid stamps (generation credits):

  • Payments are processed via Stripe
  • Stamps are generally non-refundable once purchased, even if unused, except in special circumstances
  • Stamps are valid for one year from the date of purchase
  • In the event of service termination, the operator will determine how to handle unused stamps

8. Service Suspension or Changes

We may suspend or modify all or part of the service without notice in the following cases:

  • System maintenance or updates
  • Natural disasters, outages, or other unavoidable circumstances
  • When we determine it is operationally necessary

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided as-is. We are not liable for:

  • The quality, content, or accuracy of AI-generated images
  • Damages arising from service interruptions or suspensions
  • Disputes arising from a user's unauthorized use of third-party content
  • Impact from failures or changes in external services (Gemini API, Firebase, Stripe, etc.)

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including photos, text, and design — belongs to the operator or its rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or secondary use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

About AI Image Generation

Our AI image synthesis feature sends uploaded photos and entered text to Google's generative AI (Gemini API) for processing. This data is processed on Google's servers, which may be located outside your country. Generated images are stored on our servers and may be published to the album after administrator approval.

Please do not upload information that could identify an individual, or photos/personal information belonging to third parties.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site displays advertisements via Google AdSense. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website.

Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share collected information with third parties except in the following cases:

  • When disclosure is required by law
